About the delivery of products,

The products you purchase are delivered to our contracted cargo company within one working day at the latest. Unfortunately, it may take longer for your orders to reach you during the pandemic period due to the intensity of the cargo companies. In these cases, we try to find the fastest solution for you.

 

I want to return the product I purchased. What should I do?

For products that you are not satisfied with or want to change for any other reason, please contact info@gopawgo.com.  You can send an e-mail. We will fulfill your request depending on the return and exchange procedure of the brand you purchased.

Important informations: 

-You must package and send the products you want to return in their original packaging, undamaged, without tags, and unused/lint-free, safely within 7 days, via a contracted cargo company.

- After checking the compliance of your product with the return conditions, the status of the return process is sent to you by email. The amount will be refunded to you within 10 working days from the confirmation message sent to your e-mail.

- In case of non-compliance with the return conditions; The relevant product is sent back to your address free of charge by cargo.

 

The product I received was damaged / defective. What should I do?

If from www.gopawgo.com  If the product you receive is damaged or defective, you can return it within 30 days and get your money back. You can send an e-mail to info@gopawgo.com regarding the subject. Our customer service will provide you with the necessary information regarding the issue as soon as possible.

 

The products I received are not the same as the order I placed. What should I do?

Undeliverable Packages: 

In some cases, packages are returned to us as 'undeliverable'.

You'll receive a full refund (including shipping charges, excluding some handling charges) when the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us. If you still want to buy the products in the package, you need to place a new order using our website.

Your package may not be delivered for several reasons:

The address is incorrect or out of date. Usually the carrier or the wrong buyer will return the package to us. Please reconfirm the correctness of the address when placing your order.
Our system could not identify the address entry or the package may have been allocated to a cargo company that does not deliver to this address.

The courier company attempted delivery but was unsuccessful. Many shipping companies we work with attempt more than one delivery. If the delivery is not successful, your package is returned to us.

The buyer may have refused delivery. A gift recipient who is not expecting a gift may reject the package, thinking that the delivery was a mistake. In this case, we inform the customer who purchased the product via e-mail and refund his money. When you order a new gift, it may be helpful to let the recipient know that he or she may receive a package soon.

The address may be illegible. In rare cases, address labels may become unreadable in transit. In such a case, the cargo company returns the package to us.

The package may have been damaged during transit. If your package is damaged during the shipping process, the responsible shipping company can arrange for the package to be returned to us before delivery.

When carriers return undeliverable packages, we are unable to resend them. If you still want to purchase undeliverable items, you can place a new order on our website.
